Workshop on OSCE and OSPE

Maratha Mandal’s Nathajirao G Halgekar Institute of Dental Sciences and Research Centre have conducted two days CDE program on 27th & 28th August 2015. The program was organized by Department of Oral Pathology and Microbiology in association with the CDE cell of the institute and Department of Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry. T Shirt Kenzo Paris This workshop was held to train teaching faculty of the institute on new method of teaching learning activity and assessment of students. A total of 28 faculty members registered for the event.

A brief inauguration function was held by welcoming the guest speaker and lighting the lamp. The guests invited spoke on various topics on conducting OSCE/OSPE (Objective Structured Clinical Examination/ Objective Structured Practical Examination) system of examination and its advantages in assessing the students.

Bañador Calvin Klein She emphasized on need for change in teaching and learning. Dr. T Shirt Givenchy Paris Tanga Calvin Klein Mujer Jyoti Nagmoti, HOD, Department of Microbiology, JN Medical College, Belagavi spoke on Principles of student assessment and emphasized on objective based analysis of students learning. Dr Praveen Mandroli, HOD, Department of Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry spoke on 12 roles of a medical teacher. Dr Renuka Ammanagi, HOD, Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology, Spoke on How to conduct OSCE/OSPE station at department level.
